Light Reading publish: "Who Makes What: Telecom Service Brokers"

In February 2010, Light Reading launched its Service Provider IT (SPIT) Manifesto. The aim is to highlight the growing importance of a set of non-traditional telecom and networking technologies that enable a greater degree of flexibility in the creation, management, delivery, and monetization of new-generation communications services.
