OpenCloud publishes Service Interaction Business Paper

OpenCloud is pleased to announce publication of its latest Business Paper – “Service Interaction – The Bridge over Troubled Water.” This Paper discusses how service broking and service interaction technologies can help Operators to address new market opportunities through unlocking proprietary SCP platforms to enable a richer set of services to be offered to all end users. The Paper also considers the role of the Service Broker in helping operators maximise return from existing TDM technologies during the extended transition window to the all-IP networks of the future as well as exploring how Service Brokers can be used to enhance the service offering for pre-paid users.
